Emmanuel is originally from Northern Nigeria. After obtaining a B.S in Construction Engineering Technology from Central Missouri State University in Warrensburg, Missouri, went on to work for 12 years for the City of KCMO as a city inspector. He also has experience as a plant operation director for North Hill Hospital in KCMO, a K-12 construction trade instructor, and as a community organizer under Kaw-Valley Habitat for humanity. Currently he is working towards an M.A in International Studies.
