Lesson Plan for Africa Area Studies

This is an outline of lessons to be used in a semester area studies course on Africa. Each lesson is described with resources in this booklet/ folder. This is not a complete outline for the course but touches on some very important aspects of African history, geography, current events and life. Many of these lessons could also be used in a general geography course or a world history course depending on the curriculum standards.
